MS Midnatsol, an expedition passenger ship, the 08 ATWS-E will make this networking

Fees are
in U.S. dollars and include all meals during
the event, all classes, seminars, materials,
entertainment, site visits/tourist
activities between Tromsø and Bergen, and
general sessions and access to Summit
Connections, the online networking schedule
planner of the Adventure Travel World
Summit.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing on or before
August 1, 2008 and will be refunded 50% of registration price.
No refund is available for cancellations received after this date.

Summit Delegate "Guest Program":
As the
4-day voyage with Hurtigruten promises
to bring world-class adventure
expedition excitement to the Summit, you
may wish to consider bringing a
spouse/family member/friend/significant
other along for the ride? It’s
only $500 extra per person (double
occupancy and/or shared cabin/upgraded
suite) - the fee will cover the berth
spot and meals, and for adults, three
evenings of dining & entertainment.
Summit conference sessions will be
available only to registered Summit
delegates (special exceptions may be
made for guests who are considered
industry professionals).

Air fares and air add-on's listed may
vary, up or down, are capacity
controlled and subject to availability.
Airfares are based on flying to Tromso,
Norway and Departing from Bergen,
Norway, based on the date range of the
Adventure Travel World Summit. Air
deviations will result in a higher
airfare. Airfares are non refundable and
are guaranteed only when fully paid for
at the time of booking. Air fares do not
include fuel surcharges ($250 round
trip) or taxes (approximately $100 ~
$150). Changes to any fully paid
itinerary will result in add/change
fees. Airfares, taxes, surcharges may
change at any time without advance
